The Pre-Order service offered by Preston and Harrison allows you to order exclusive and limited-edition products.

The following condition applies for Pre-Orders:

1. Availability
Pre-Ordered items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Delivery
We aim to ship Pre-Ordered products within 3 days of receiving the goods. Due to our products' hand-made nature and potential manufacturing delays, we will do our best to meet the estimated delivery date and inform you of any changes. The estimated delivery date is listed on the product description on our website. 

 

3. Payment
Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.

 

4. Cancellations
We will accept cancellation of non-customized Pre-Ordered items before the order has shipped. Customized or bespoke Pre-Ordered items cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
